A complete incorporation package in which we perform all of the following:
- Verify the availability of your chosen corporate name
- Prepare the incorporation documents
- Obtain a federal identification number for your new corporation
- Electronically file your incorporation documents with the Secretary of State
- Monitor the timeliness of their response
- Provide your corporate book which includes your corporate seal, by laws, and stock certificates
PLUS
Preparation of applicable IRS and Florida State forms for a new business startup:
- Form 2553 to apply for Sub Chapter S status with the IRS
RATES EXTENDED THROUGH JUNE 30, 2023:
- Our service fee of $925 includes everything except the $80 fee to the State of Florida
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE:
- A Sales Tax application prepared
- Detailed guidance on how to setup and pay your salary, including monthly payroll deposits & initial paperwork
- Act as Registered Agent for initial year(If desired, your name will not appear on filing)
