CONSULTATION:
- Explanation of how we can setup the LLC to keep your name out of the public record initially
- Recommendations on recordkeeping and investor issues
- Explanation of LLC choices of taxation including Sub Chapter S and C Corporation
- Counseling on how to maintain your LLC entity, in order, to satisfy the IRS, and other general issues
COMPLETE LLC PACKAGE:
- Review your chosen LLC name
- Prepare the LLC documents
- Act as registered agent for the initial year
- Electronically file your LLC documents with the Secretary of State
- Monitor the timeliness of their response
- Obtain your federal identification number
- Provide your LLC book and (1) additional hour of consultation on how to use
- ANY questions you may have
PLUS
Preparation of applicable IRS and Florida State forms for a new business startup:
- Form 8832 and Form 2553 to apply for Sub Chapter S status with the IRS, if desired
RATES EXTENDED THROUGH JUNE 30, 2023:
- Our service fee of $925 includes everything except the $130 fee to the State of Florida
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE:
- A Sales Tax and/or employer registration application prepared
- Detailed guidance on how to setup and pay your salary, including monthly payroll deposits & initial paperwork
